Sr Data Scientist

Job Summary
Develop and operationalize reusable data analytics products on Alcon's digital health data platform; design and build analytics products and ML models to drive actionable insights supporting digital product development and business decisions; collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and solution architects in an agile environment; translate business problems into structured analytic approaches; stay current with AI/ML innovations and promote data-driven decision-making; strong Python and SQL skills; experience with BI/dashboard tools (Tableau); healthcare AI experience a plus; travel up to 10%; Fort Worth, TX on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare and related AI and data analytics use cases
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with BI and Tableau or similar tools
