Job Summary
Sr. Data Engineer responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable analytics software modules leveraging AWS cloud and Big Data technologies. Leads architecture discussions, analyzes complex business requirements with cross-functional IT units, and delivers efficient, cost-effective data solutions. Serves as primary technical point of contact, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and reviews disaster recovery alignment to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in ETL; Data Integration; Informatica; and IDMC
- 5 years of experience in Cloud (AWS) Technologies; Oracle, SQL, Python, Pyspark, Unix/Linux Shell scripting, Autosys scheduling tool, version control tools; Data warehouse applications; Data modeling, Big Data Distributed Processing (HDFS, Hive, Spark), AWS, Data Analytical languages; and Programming in Python
