Job Summary
Senior Data Engineer responsible for owning and evolving the Audience Engine data platform. Architect and optimize Databricks-based ETL pipelines (Bronze/Silver/Gold) for large-scale ingestion, enrichment, and activation, with emphasis on identity resolution (HHID/DSID/MAID/IP), data quality, governance, and downstream delivery SLAs. Own integrations with external data/activation partners, collaborate with Product/Analytics/Ad Operations, support AI/ML workflows in Databricks (e.g., Akkio), design scalable data models for BI and predictive analytics, ensure privacy/compliance, and drive cost-efficient pipeline optimization. 6+ years of experience in data engineering, strong SQL and Python, experience with identity graphs and adtech/martech platforms, and hands-on Databricks/Spark expertise. Compensation ranges from $75-$100/hr depending on experience and skills; equal opportunity employer.
