Job Summary
The Sr Data Analyst-Labor will analyze complex datasets to uncover operational insights and drive labor productivity in US Retail Stores. Responsibilities include creating data visualizations and dashboards to summarize analytical findings, coordinating analyses of the hourly payroll labor model, identifying trends to inform labor decisions, and supporting existing analytical tools and dashboards. The role requires collaboration with other analysts and cross-functional teams and demands proficiency in SQL/BigQuery SQL, Tableau, and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) along with strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in data analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL/BigQuery SQL and Tableau
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations (PowerPoint, Excel/gSheets)
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new technical skills and programs
- General knowledge of labor analytics or payroll models is a plus
