Job Summary
Build and maintain BI tables and data models that power company reporting while developing dashboards for Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Clinical Quality. Analyze appointment routing, logistics, and phlebotomist utilization to improve efficiency, and support supply/demand planning and resource allocation. Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for enterprise partners, investigate performance issues through ad hoc analyses, and collaborate on feasibility for new partnerships. Calculate key projections for financial forecasts, assess QoQ performance, and conduct root cause analyses to improve patient outcomes. This role involves driving operational insights to support strategic market expansion and pricing strategies. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver data-backed recommendations for growth and optimize clinical quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, finance, or a related role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Mode, Tableau), and ideally some experience with a coding language (e.g., Python or R)
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to own both high-impact strategic work and day-to-day analytics needs
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and work effectively across diverse teams and personalities
- Vaccination as a condition of employment for any employee who is in contact with patients
