Job Summary
Senior-level cybersecurity analyst role focused on leading the Authorization to Operate (ATO) lifecycle end-to-end using the NIST RMF, generating and managing auditable documentation, control implementations, and engagement with engineers and stakeholders to ensure compliance. Responsibilities include driving audit readiness, managing POA&Ms, and coordinating with senior stakeholders to sustain security controls across evolving environments in Azure and AWS.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance / RMF / ATO support
- Active Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain Top Secret
- Proven ability to lead ATOs independently
- Hands-on experience with NIST RMF and NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5
- Experience writing implementation statements and ATO documentation
- Strong understanding of cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience in federal or government environments
