Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager will manage relationships with Axon’s larger customers, serving as the main point of contact to drive adoption, success, and strategic value across the customer’s environment. You’ll create success plans, monitor adoption metrics, manage escalations across cross-functional teams, and communicate milestones to senior leadership. The role combines project management, product expertise, and customer consulting to help customers achieve operational goals with Axon’s platform, requiring strong data-analysis, organizational, and communication skills and a track record of working with enterprise clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years’ working in a customer-facing role
- 2+ years working with Enterprise-level customers
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record of leading process improvements
- Experience tracking product adoption and customer engagement through data-analysis tools
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
