Job Summary
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for patients at CentroMed clinics, responsible for welcoming them and ensuring positive experiences. Key responsibilities include patient registration, financial reviews, billing, and collections. The role requires proficiency in the BCA Practice Management system, knowledge of insurance and eligibility programs, and the ability to maintain self-pay collection rates. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, with bilingual English/Spanish skills and a minimum of one year of relevant administrative experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience working in a health care setting
- Strong clerical skills including keyboarding and basic math
- Mental ability to conduct financial interviews with attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- One year of college or Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred
