Job Summary
Detail, organize, and implement new and existing product processes from setup through production. Review bottling operations on batch records for accuracy prior to production and evaluate all new and revised product label proofs for accuracy before routing them through R&D and Quality for final approval. Address various client needs daily while ensuring their experience with the company remains pleasant and productive. Maintain formulations and bill of materials databases, manage record retention regarding new product processes, and handle project planning for production and shipment tracking. Adjust work schedule as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in a business-related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong documentation practices and record keeping skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Working knowledge of general computer operations and concepts
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook & Word
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Must be able to adjust work schedule as business needs required
- Ability to sit or stand for extended hours
- Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours
- Other physical requirements include occasional squatting, bending, and twisting
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred knowledge of ERP or other Manufacturing Software
