Sr Customer Service Representative responsible for OEM/SHVC/export/import orders, coordinating with internal and external partners to fulfill customer requirements and solve problems, ensure timely handling of orders for the commercial team and compliance, manage digital platforms, and train/coach team members.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- More than 5-8 years CSR experience
- Strong communication skills
- Export & import experience
- Can work under pressure
- Familiar with international trade and domestic trade
- SAP/Excel/Word/PPT experienced
