Job Summary
Senior-level role responsible for implementing Premier Acquisition strategies and acquiring new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads; build strong working relationships with business areas (e.g., WPB, Marketing); deliver high-standard customer service and meet basic retail sales targets; role requires developing and promoting bank services to high-value personal clients in HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking, with bilingual communications (English/Chinese) and deep knowledge of deposits, WEM products, and mortgages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, WEM product, mortgage
- Knowledge of the constantly changing laws/regulations governing banks/finance industry, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets
- Strong presentation and sales skills
- Objection handling techniques and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
- Attain any internal standards as required by HSBC
