Job Summary
Connect with healthcare professionals in English and Spanish to provide product education, resolve technical issues, and process incoming and outgoing calls. Research and troubleshoot customer problems while documenting interactions in real-time within designated systems. Manage multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat to qualify prospects, generate leads, and retain customers. Maintain strict adherence to FDA regulations, corporate policies, and quality metrics regarding calls per hour and response times. Escalate situations outside of control to a manager to protect company interests. Fluently speak English and Spanish with strong presentation skills to optimize each contact.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation with ease
- Ability to demonstrate handheld, wireless device navigation and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to demonstrate customer engagement soft skills
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of the FDA regulated, Healthcare environment
- Minimum 6 months Healthcare experience or 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment
- Ability to fluently speak English & Spanish

- Preferred technical troubleshooting experience
