Job Summary
Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and customer inquiries while managing outgoing callbacks and accounts receivable. Meet and greet customers in person and over the phone to assess rental needs, provide directions, and process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions. Assist with vehicle condition assessments, notify management of maintenance issues, and clean interiors and exteriors as needed. Perform administrative tasks including billing support, transfer logs, and reporting. May sell optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options. This role is based at 2207 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH, with a rotating schedule and a starting rate of $17.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
