Job Summary
Meet and greet customers professionally, providing superior service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and optional upgrades. Answer incoming calls for reservations and rate quotes while resolving issues for customers and vendors. Place outgoing calls for callback management and assist in assessing rental conditions upon return. Notify management of known customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. Offer directions, maps, and local area information to guests. Pursue on-the-job training and classroom development to build skills. Perform backup duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance. Located at 8585 Mentor Ave, Mentor, OH, this full-time role pays $16.50/hour for 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
