Job Summary
Sr Customer Analyst responsible for generating insights from the customer database to inform customer strategy and drive revenue growth. Lead end-to-end analytics, leverage customer segments to inform acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies, design AI-enabled analytics workflows, and collaborate with internal partners. Focus areas include data mining, statistical modeling, and building scalable insight-generation tools; experience with ecommerce/retail analytics and BI visualization is required. The role emphasizes leading analytics projects, presenting findings in monthly reviews, and integrating AI-driven systems to automate customer analysis within data pipelines. Hybrid work model with onsite requirement in Chicago, IL at least two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, database marketing, data mining, and statistical modeling
- Experience with advanced data analysis in ecommerce or consumer-focused company
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools (Looker, Tableau or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience leading analytics projects and AI/agent/workflow related initiatives
- Master’s degree in quantitative fields preferred
