Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from adolescence through geriatric. Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation using PACS and teleradiology systems. Ensure department, equipment, and staffing meet accreditation requirements from JCAHO, ACR, and state licensures. Plan daily patient workloads to accommodate volume while covering vacations and sick days. Requires Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred), three years CT experience (preferred), ARRT certification, and BLS. Full-time variable shift position at Adventist Health Mendocino County in Fort Bragg, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Venipuncture (IV) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Three years' CT technologist experience
- Advanced certification in the modality of CT
- Fluoroscopy license
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
