Sr. CT Technologist, Day Shift, Full Time

Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients from adolescence through geriatric using CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-section images. Generate sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation and utilize PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images correctly. Ensure department, equipment, and staffing meet accreditation requirements while planning daily patient workloads and providing adequate staffing for vacations and sick days. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. This role supports Adventist Health Mendocino County, a 25-bed critical access hospital serving the coastal community since 1971.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT)
- Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Venipuncture (IV) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Three years' CT technologist experience
- Advanced certification in the modality of CT
- Fluoroscopy license
- Venipuncture certification
