Sr. CRM Data Integration Lead

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end CRM data conversion from legacy Microsoft Dynamics to modern Dataverse, including profiling entities, creating source-to-target mappings, and executing transformation and cleansing rules. Validate SharePoint and document references to ensure continuity, then prove migration quality through reconciliation evidence, exception reports, and performance benchmarks. Build and deploy secure automated intake capabilities for public website submissions and designated email inboxes, handling authentication, encryption, validation, and error retries. Deliver production-grade integrations across test, UAT, and production environments while coordinating with security and program leads to manage risks and dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience migrating enterprise CRM data including profiling, extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, deduplication, rehearsal, reconciliation, and cutover
- At least 5 years of experience migrating data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM or comparable enterprise CRM to Dataverse / Microsoft Power Platform
- At least 5 years of experience validating or remediating SharePoint links, attachments, metadata, document references, and related content dependencies during a CRM or case-management migration
- At least 5 years of experience with secure APIs, public web-form integrations, and mailbox/message ingestion, including authentication, encryption, validation, error handling, retry logic, exception queues, audit logging, monitoring, and operational troubleshooting
- At least 1 year of experience with Dataverse integration patterns and Microsoft integration technologies such as Microsoft Graph, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, or comparable services
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure certifications
- 5+ years of experience designing high-reliability intake solutions where incoming records must be traceable, recoverable, auditable, and processed without manual intervention
