Job Summary

Lead global B2B credit and accounts receivable strategy for Precor and Peloton Commercial, serving as the subject matter expert for portfolio risk, credit policy, and technology-enabled transformation. Build and scale a standardized global credit operating model by interpreting underwriting outputs, applying risk frameworks, and validating decisions across regions. Oversee commercial equipment financing program launch and scaling, managing third-party lender relationships, partner onboarding, and program governance including eligibility rules and risk sharing arrangements. Leverage SAP, AI tools, and automation to enhance portfolio visibility, collections efficiency, and operational consistency while driving adoption of new use cases. Provide leadership with actionable insights on global AR performance, cash inflows, and delinquency trends through enhanced dashboards and recurring credit reviews. Partner with Sales, Finance, Treasury, and Legal to enable deal velocity and revenue growth while maintaining robust risk controls and internal governance.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in global or multi region B2B credit, accounts receivable, portfolio risk, or credit operations
