Sr. Credit Manager

Lead comprehensive customer credit grading, financial due diligence, and qualitative risk evaluation to optimize credit limits and mitigate exposure. Oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes to drive timely collection, control overdue accounts receivable, and improve cash conversion rates. Serve as senior liaison for external credit insurance partners, managing policy arrangements, risk declarations, and renewal strategies to ensure full coverage. Manage and develop the internal credit control team while standardizing SOPs and optimizing approval workflows. Leverage deep channel expertise to identify grey-area operations and non-compliant applications, implementing precise risk controls without blocking legitimate business growth. Partner closely with global sales and regional teams to resolve cross-functional conflicts and provide executable risk solutions for complex deals. Conduct difficult conversations with leadership on credit constraints and make independent, tough risk decisions to protect assets while supporting strategic expansion.
