Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for creative, marketing, communications, and brand-related roles across The Wonderful Company portfolio, including both full-time and freelance talent. Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, serve as a strategic talent advisor, design sourcing strategies, assess portfolios and capabilities, facilitate efficient interview processes and structured evaluations, and drive data-informed decisions. Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines, represent the company externally at events and in networks, and contribute to process improvements and scalability within Talent Acquisition. The role requires strong relationship management, consultative partnering, and hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and analytics; the position is based in West Los Angeles with a hybrid in-office schedule (Mon-Wed in office; Thu-Fri remote).
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- experience recruiting across creative, agency, marketing, communications, or brand-related functions
- experience recruiting both full-time employees and freelance/contract talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field and/or equivalent professional experience
