Sr. Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of creative and content initiatives across production shoots, packaging, social, video, and digital channels. Manage 60% project management and 40% cross-functional coordination to align workstreams with Marketing, Product, Content, and Engineering teams. Lead the revamp of creative operations by designing scalable workflows, communication tools, and delivery processes to improve collaboration and operational excellence. Act as a trusted thought partner to the Creative Director and Program Manager, shaping how creative work is planned, communicated, and delivered. Leverage Asana expertise to build workflows, templates, and automations from the ground up. Deliver projects on time while protecting scope, timelines, and quality in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Requires 5–7 years of experience, Asana proficiency, and full-time status with some travel.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience leading end to end creative project management for complex digital experiences, including production, packaging, social, video, and digital initiatives
  • Proven expertise in Asana, including building projects, workflows, templates, rules, automations, and reporting from the ground up rather than working within existing structures
  • Demonstrated success building and managing project timelines, production calendars, and delivery plans within a high volume, fast paced, small team environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging project and team data to measure performance, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the confidence to influence decisions, navigate competing priorities, and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across a wide range of personalities and working styles while effectively managing multiple stakeholders and high pressure situations
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to protect scope, timelines, quality, and team capacity while remaining adaptable to changing business priorities
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members on project management principles, tools, and best practices
  • Must be available to work online during Centr's core business hours
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • This is a full time position, and some some travel required

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a creative organization, agency, or in house creative team with a strong understanding of creative production workflows and asset development is highly preferred
