Job Summary
Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets across print, digital, environmental, and motion platforms to support marketing campaigns and member education. Lead in-house video production from concept through final delivery, including storyboarding, filming, and editing, while directing shoots and managing lighting and audio. Transform complex regulatory or technical information into clear, engaging visual communications and ensure all deliverables meet brand, quality, and compliance standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with business priorities, and coordinate with external vendors for signage, print, and production. Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs and continuously develop expertise in design, video, and emerging media trends.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong expertise in layout, typography, color theory, brand storytelling and visual hierarchy
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and basic animation for digital platforms
- Familiarity with video production equipment, including lighting and audio, with the ability to support or lead shoots
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Collaborative, self-directed professional comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
- Ability to interact professionally with employees, members, vendors, and external partners
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Basic photography skills (DSLR and mobile) preferred, including experience capturing and editing images when needed
- Working knowledge of photography editing tools (e.g., Lightroom) preferred
