Job Summary
Senior CRE Loan Administrator responsible for ongoing administration and maintenance of an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate and/or swap loans post-closing. Performs reviews, closes, and processes modifications/extensions, payments, rate changes, payoffs, partial and full releases, and exceptions; administers the construction draw process (budgets, balanced loans, inspections, title issues); oversees onboarding of swaps and monthly reconciliation of billing; coordinates loan closings and due diligence, data gathering, documentation review, and funding requests; collaborates with loan closers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, borrowers, and other parties; leverages knowledge of loan documentation, lending regulations, and external contacts to ensure compliant, accurate administration. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of financial industry experience, including 2 years of loan administration or loan operations experience
- Commercial/Construction Real Estate Loan Administration experience preferred
- Understanding of interest rate swaps preferred
