Job Summary
Sr. CRE Analyst supports originations in prescreening, structuring, negotiating and underwriting commercial lending and other structured transactions. Performs complex financial or collateral analyses including modeling or projections, manages submissions for credit approval, collaborates with underwriters and credit administrators on additional analysis, assists in deal negotiations through documentation and funding stages, and helps prepare reports, information requests, credit inquiries, term sheets, Credit Memoranda, and other special requests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in monitoring or underwriting and structuring commercial lending transactions
