Job Summary
Sr CRA II role focusing on site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits with a blend of on-site and remote work in Cape Town, SA. Responsibilities include evaluating site performance, ensuring regulatory and GCP/GPP compliance, verifying informed consent, data accuracy in CRFs, and supporting site staffing and audit readiness. Must apply knowledge of GCP/ICH, maintain ISF/TMF alignment, and collaborate with sponsors and site personnel. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to travel up to 75%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Moderate level of critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
