Job Summary
Sr. CRA 2 in Oncology for Field Services Program (FSP) focused on monitoring clinical trial sites in the Midwest. Responsible for end-to-end site monitoring including pre-study/initiation visits, ongoing monitoring, close-out, SAE reporting, data integrity of CRFs, informed consent verification, feasibility work, vendor liaison, and may serve as Local Project Coordinator. Requires 5+ years of clinical monitoring, Oncology experience (early phase preferred), a university-level degree or allied-health certification, and 40-50% overnight travel. Works in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment with travel to client sites; includes remote coordination and potential cross-site interaction across multiple Midwest states.
Required Qualifications
- University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession
- 5+ years of Clinical Monitoring experience
- Oncology experience, early phase preferred
- 40-50% overnight travel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict adherence to study protocol
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Experience with CRF review, SAE reporting, and regulatory compliance
