Job Summary
Sr. Counterintelligence (CI) Targeting Cell Support role supporting a Federal Government client. Responsibilities center on CI/HUMINT targeting analysis and operational support, with emphasis on experience in targeted intelligence collection, joint/interagency operations, and maintaining TS/SCI with CI Poly. Candidate will work at Fort Meade, MD, contributing to sensitive CI operations and leveraging foundational targeting coursework (JCHATC, OHTC/HTTS) and IC certifications. The role requires senior-level expertise in targeting, familiarity with multiple international focus areas, and ability to support government mission needs.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of experience as a CI/HUMINT targeting officer OR a bachelor’s degree and completion of a foundational targeting course including, but not limited to: Joint CI-HUMINT Analytical Targeting Course (JCHATC), Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)/HUMINT Targeting Tradecraft Seminar (HTTS), or an Intelligence Community (IC) agency Targeting Officer certification
- A minimum of one year of experience in one or more of the following areas: China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea
- Experience utilizing all intelligence disciplines in the planning, execution, and support of sensitive intelligence collection operations including direct support to operational military or IC elements
- Security clearance TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY
