Job Summary
Sr. Counter-Intelligence Analyst needed to provide Operational Risk Management advisement and assessments for operational planning supporting SOF, HUMINT, and commercial supply chain operations. Responsibilities include all-source intelligence analysis of FIE tactics, techniques, and procedures; CIAR training; supply chain risk profiling; evaluating vendors and contractors for CI red flags; developing SCRAs and SCRM policy guidance; generating intelligence reports and briefings; liaising with the IC and industry partners; and delivering tailored threat assessments to senior leaders and engineers. Requires extensive counter-intelligence experience, leadership of analytic teams, and a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance (ability to obtain CI Poly if needed)
- Minimum 20 years of combined work-related experience in the Counter-Intelligence career field with minimum of 10 years since 2015 at the O-6 level or higher within USSOCOM Enterprise or Interagency equivalent
- Demonstrates mastery in producing IC-coordinated, all-source intelligence products including analyzing FIE capabilities, intentions, and opportunities
- Extensive experience leading analytic teams and producing strategic-level intelligence for senior leadership
- Strong background in managing complex problem sets and overseeing analytic teams to provide high-level advice to commanders and policymakers
- Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
- Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with mission
- Security clearance: Active TS/SCI and with the ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed
