Job Summary
Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts for home services, supply chain, and contractor agreements. Provide counseling on regulatory and licensing matters while preparing training for business unit personnel. Support reviews of contracting performance to develop best practices and procedures. This role requires a licensed attorney with five or more years of experience, comfortable with complex commercial law and research. The position is remote and dependent upon the candidate's specific experience level.
