Senior Cost Controller for Haile underground projects: manage financial aspects of construction projects, track expenses, analyze and forecast expenditures, manage variances, and report on project performance. Lead a team of cost controllers and administration personnel; ensure budget, scope, and schedule compliance; update budgets and reforecasts; develop mitigation strategies to maintain budget and schedule; manage project general ledger and month-end processes; create reports on budgets, actuals, forecasts, and variances; apply Earned Value Management (EVM); oversee internal controls for procurement and project reporting to ensure SOX compliance; develop project cost risk evaluations and risk mitigation from a financial perspective; embrace a safety-conscious, collaborative work environment.
