Sr. Cost Control & Quantity Surveyor

Senior Cost Control and Quantity Surveyor Engineer responsible for managing quantity surveying activities, cost planning, budget control, and commercial reporting across multiple construction projects. duties include preparing quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models, analyzing tender documents, preparing BOQ and cost estimates, monitoring costs against budgets, identifying deviations and risks, developing cost control reports and dashboards, supporting monthly cost reports and revenue forecasts, reviewing subcontractor quotations and variation orders, preparing claims and change orders, coordinating with project teams for accurate progress measurement and cost allocation, tracking resource utilization and cost performance, assisting with interim payment certificates and final accounts, and ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual obligations. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Control, with strong skills in BOQ preparation, cost analysis, contracts/claims management, BIM-based quantity extraction, Excel, ERP, and project-management software.
