Job Summary
Lead recruitment strategy and full life-cycle sourcing for A/E Construction, partnering with practice leaders to forecast staffing needs and align hiring initiatives with project pipelines. Manage a full desk across multiple engineering markets, identifying passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and cold calling while maintaining compliance with employment regulations. Execute high-volume placement demands with minimal supervision, reinventing the recruitment strategy to build sustainable pipelines and support business growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment
- A minimum of three years of experience recruiting engineering and technical professionals for the life science industries
- Extensive experience with recruiting techniques and employment nomenclature
- Experience with current sourcing techniques
- A successful record of placing high quality professionals
- A record of accomplishment in identifying, building relationships with, and hiring passive candidates
- Strategic recruiting abilities requiring an understanding of the candidate career cycle
- Creative ability in developing methods to increase touch points with candidates throughout their careers
- Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and various internet job boards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to travel periodically to support business needs
- A bachelor's degree
