Job Summary
Independently manage and track components of the real estate pipeline from LOI through lease execution; coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather due diligence inputs, summarize market dynamics and occupancy trends for leasing discussions and site selection; prepare materials for brand and weekly business development meetings; maintain real estate trackers and store database reports; support forecasting and decision-making with data-driven insights; coordinate logistics for site development, budget requests, landlord meetings, and industry events; build and maintain cross-functional relationships to advance projects and resolve issues. The role requires a college degree, 2-4 years in retail/real estate, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- College degree required
- 2-4 years minimum experience in retail and/or real estate
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organization, time management and communication skills
- Expert Level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
