Job Summary
Sr Coordinator Logistics role based in Hai Phong, Vietnam, at Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast. You will oversee deliveries ex-factory from suppliers, PO management, end-to-end distribution, and operational support for the Vietnam vendor base; perform weekly follow-up on DI operations to ensure shipments comply with Shipping Instructions; oversee EXX & AIR DOM shipments; supervise operations and cost at the bonded warehouse; liaise with booking agents, forwarders, transporters, and carriers to ensure a seamless logistics process; collaborate with internal and external teams to support operations, improve processes, and implement projects. Requires minimum 3 years in logistics, knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, regulatory documentation/EXIM experience, and a degree in logistics, supply chain management, commerce or equivalent; preferred experience with SAP and PO management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the logistics field
- Experience in Logistics industry & understanding functions of the trade
- Knowledge in supply chain management fundamentals
- Requisite regulatory documentation / or experience in corporate logistics / EXIM team handling freight forwarder, Bonded/CFS warehouse, Transporter.
- Ability to manage operation/ relationships with vendors/ logistics service providers
- Degree holder, preferably in logistics, supply chain management or commerce or equivalent
