Job Summary
Sr. Coord, Customer Service role executing safe, efficient customer-service duties in a manufacturing setting. Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and operations; maintain orders and inquiries via multiple channels; provide pricing, inventory availability, and production schedule information; track order activity and alert staff to potential delivery problems; resolve routine customer issues with root-cause thinking; maintain 5S-compliant work areas; participate in continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives (SQF, HACCP, ISO). Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing; strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and ability to work cross-functionally. Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of customer service-related work experience
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset and ability to operate with customers’ best interests in mind
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve issues with root-cause analysis
- Collaboration and teamwork across functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
