Job Summary
Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator will issue purchase orders, set up new suppliers, resolve billing issues, negotiate pay terms, respond to supplier inquiries, handle AR/daily sales and month-end close, and provide production backup. Requires a High School Diploma; an Associates Degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and preferably JDE is desired. The role involves working in a team environment, maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and interacting with suppliers to ensure timely acknowledgment and delivery of orders. Location notes reference the Tuscaloosa area in Alabama.
