Job Summary
Configure CPU, graphics, database, and network integrations for Direct Digital Control (DDC) building automation systems. Develop complex programming and sequences of operations, then execute functional testing and commissioning while troubleshooting quality checks. Collaborate with engineering teams on system requirements and maintain accurate project documentation and redlines. Record and communicate deviations to the project team and mentor less-experienced members by reviewing their work and directing workflow. Lead system configuration efforts and ensure thorough documentation across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Direct Digital Control (DDC) or building automation systems
- Ability to write programming for complex automation systems
- Excellent understanding of networked systems
- Excellent knowledge of third-party integration
- Excellent knowledge of factory programming and graphics software
- Excellent customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- B.S. in mechanical engineering, engineering technology or related field preferred
