Job Summary
Review RFPs to identify risks, develop mitigation techniques, and ensure proposal compliance. Conduct negotiations with clients, administer contracts and Other Transaction Agreements, and provide counsel to divisional personnel to meet obligations. Serve as an advisor on contract performance requirements and regulations while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with team members across Menlo Park, Princeton, and Rosslyn. Negotiate and obligate SRI to contract prices within established guidelines and sign off on proposals and documents. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 7-10 years of government contracting experience, and familiarity with FAR/DFARS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Admin or a related field or equivalent related experience in government contracting
- approximately 7-10 years of increasingly complex responsibilities and experience in contracts environment
- US Citizen
- ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance
- current active clearance
- strong familiarity and knowledge of government regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)

- well organized
- ability to work reasonably independently
- prioritize workload using good judgment
- respond quickly to a variety of in-house and customer requests

- ability to interact effectively orally and in writing with all levels of in-house and customer staff

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems used by government contractors to store and access contract-related information
