Job Summary
Senior Contracts leader to serve as the strategic contracts partner for Intelligence Community programs, providing expert guidance across the contract lifecycle from capture through closeout. Lead acquisition strategies, complex negotiations, and risk mitigation while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships. Mentors contracts professionals, collaborates with program and leadership teams, and acts as the primary interface with government customers to advance mission-critical national security programs. Preferred location: Chantilly, VA; Englewood, CO may be considered.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience; or a Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support including experience with a variety of contract types
- Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFAR and the evolving Federal acquisition environment
- Experience leading the review and analysis of RFPs and the preparation of compliant Contracts Volumes; OCI Plans
- Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Ability to lead complex negotiations and manage risk across a portfolio of programs
- Experience collaborating across Contracts, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Program Management organizations

- Intelligence Community acquisitions expertise
- Formal contracting certifications
- Large capture team leadership experience
- AI implementation experience in contract processes
- Familiarity with Other Transactions (OTs), CRADAs, or non-traditional acquisition approaches
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop contracts professionals
- OCI Plans experience
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Federal acquisition regulations
- Negotiation leadership and complex terms and conditions
