Job Summary
Senior Contracts Manager overseeing the contract lifecycle for complex projects, including drafting, negotiation, execution, administration, and close-out; responsible for risk identification and mitigation, high-value negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, dispute resolution, cost control, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements; collaborate with project managers, legal, procurement, and finance to ensure alignment with objectives; require Bachelor's degree in Engineering, familiarity with FIDIC, and at least 15 years of experience (6+ years in KSA); in-person onboarding at a Riyadh office.
