Job Summary

Conduct advanced business license research to develop and maintain the internal "BL Brain" database, proactively identifying changes in client and emerging industries. Prioritize requests from internal team members via the task-based system while communicating findings through oral and written correspondence. Collaborate with IT and Product teams to advance technology initiatives, including AI-enabled functionality, and coordinate with Marketing and Sales for content generation and thought leadership articles. Monitor industry changes for client dissemination, train colleagues on data retention best practices, and oversee the preparation of Regulatory Tracker products. Provide subject matter expertise support on sales calls and RFPs, adapting processes to improve efficiency during volume shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Proven record of delivering high-quality, time-sensitive results
  • Comfort functioning in an always evolving regulatory environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • preference in the licensing field
