Sr. Consumer Research Analyst

Job Summary
Lead mid- to large-scale qualitative and quantitative consumer research initiatives from design through delivery, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Innovation, Product, and Brand teams to support seasonal go-to-market processes and strategic business initiatives. Analyze, synthesize, and visualize complex consumer data using platforms like Qualtrics, Dscout, and First Insight to identify trends and opportunities that inform product development milestones and quarterly business reviews. Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive improvements across the consumer experience and ensure the consumer perspective is embedded throughout the purchase journey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, relevant certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of consumer insights, market research, user research, or related experience
- Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, usability testing, card sorting, and heuristic evaluations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, synthesize, and communicate consumer data and insights
- Experience presenting research findings and recommendations to business partners and project teams
- Working knowledge of the outdoor consumer, outdoor industry, consumer psychology, behavioral science, economics, or related disciplines
