Job Summary
Originate new loan business with existing and new customers by evaluating needs, completing applications, and explaining loan processes. Close loans, assemble folders, and manage the day-to-day servicing of a complex consumer loan portfolio while consistently meeting sales goals. Resolve customer issues and take ownership of concerns, applying analytical skills to formulate strategies for potential problem loans. Process insurance claims, follow-ups, and payments daily while maintaining accurate logs. Adhere to corporate, legal, and regulatory policies regarding compliance and build trust with customers and internal staff. Assist the Branch Manager with daily operational tasks including initialization, deposits, and check imports.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role
- Professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to be a dedicated team member
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
