Job Summary
Originate new consumer loans by evaluating customer needs, completing applications, and following up with pending borrowers. Explain loan processes, answer product inquiries, and resolve issues by applying analytical skills to complex portfolios. Close loans, assemble folders, and process insurance claims, payments, and daily transactions while maintaining accurate logs. Meet or exceed sales goals and assist the Branch Manager with operational tasks like daily initialization and deposits. Adhere to all corporate, legal, and regulatory policies regarding compliance and employment credit checks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role
- Professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to be a dedicated team member
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Windows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
