Job Summary
Originate new consumer loans by evaluating customer needs, recommending voluntary product solutions, and completing loan applications for new borrowers. Assist potential clients by explaining the loan process, answering product inquiries, and resolving concerns through analytical problem-solving. Close loans, assemble folders, and maintain the portfolio while processing insurance claims, payments, and daily deposits. Meet sales goals, adhere to compliance policies, and support the Branch Manager with operational tasks like daily initialization and check imports.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role
- Professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to be a dedicated team member
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Windows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
