Job Summary
Originate new consumer loans by evaluating customer needs, completing applications, and closing deals while meeting sales goals. Assist borrowers with the loan process, explain products, and resolve issues by applying analytical skills to complex portfolios. Manage daily operations including processing insurance claims, payments, and deposits, while assisting the Branch Manager with initialization and file management. Adhere to all corporate, legal, and regulatory compliance policies throughout daily transactions and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role
- Professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance

- Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding drug screening
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
