Job Summary
Originate new loan business with existing and new customers by evaluating needs to recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions. Complete loan applications, proposals, and offers while following up with pending applicants and explaining the loan process. Take ownership of customer concerns, resolve issues analytically, and build trust by embodying company policies and compliance standards. Close loans, assemble folders, and assist the Branch Manager with daily operational tasks including deposits and check imports. Process insurance claims, payments, and logs daily while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Meet or exceed loan goals through consistent performance and strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role
- Professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Dedicated team member
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Windows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
