Job Summary
Originate new consumer loan business by evaluating customer needs, recommending voluntary product solutions, and completing loan applications and proposals. Assist borrowers by explaining the loan process, resolving customer concerns, and closing loans while maintaining insurance logs and processing claims. Take ownership of problem loans, build trust with customers and internal staff, and adhere to all corporate, legal, and regulatory compliance policies. Support the Branch Manager with daily operational tasks including deposit preparation and file management. Meet or exceed loan goals while serving an ever-growing portfolio. Apply analytical skills to efficiently resolve customer issues and answer incoming phone calls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role
- Professional demeanor

- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to work well independently

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
