Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist - Sales Customer Service

Originate new loan business with existing and new customers by evaluating needs to recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions. Complete loan applications, proposals, and offers for new borrowers while following up on pending applicants. Assist potential borrowers by explaining the loan process, answering questions regarding products and processing, and take ownership of customer concerns to formulate strategies for problem loans. Close loans, assemble folders, and break down files while consistently meeting or exceeding loan goals. Service the consumer loan portfolio, process insurance claims and payments daily, and maintain insurance logs. Answer incoming calls, check voicemail, and assist the Branch Manager with operational tasks like daily initialization and deposits. Adhere to corporate, legal, and regulatory policies while embodying core values to build trust with customers and internal staff.
